Pay $150 first, via PayPal to wschnei3@outlook.com, and email what you sell plus 3–5 photos.
Draft in about a week. Two rounds of tweaks. No meetings.
Pay the other $150. Then you get the files.

After you send the $150, email the PayPal confirmation so the payment is confirmed.

Not included: extra pages, online stores, logos, or SEO.
